1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with this website is PRAESIVUM You can contact us regarding privacy and personal data at kontakt@praesivum.com.

2. Data we may process

The website currently does not provide a contact form or user accounts. Personal data may primarily be processed when you contact PRAESIVUM by email.

  • identification and contact data included in correspondence, such as your name, email address, telephone number, job title and organisation,
  • the content of messages and information provided in connection with an enquiry or cooperation,
  • technical data recorded in server logs, such as IP address, connection date and time, requested resource, server response code, browser type or device information, if recorded by the hosting infrastructure.

4. Technical server logs

When you use the website, the hosting infrastructure may automatically generate technical logs. They are used only to the extent necessary to operate and secure the website, detect incidents and diagnose technical issues.

PRAESIVUM does not use technical logs for user profiling or behavioural advertising.

5. Data recipients and service providers

Data may be entrusted to entities supporting PRAESIVUM in its operations, including hosting, email, IT, security, legal and accounting service providers, only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.

If the use of a particular provider involves a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will be carried out in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR using an appropriate legal mechanism and required safeguards.

6. How long we retain data

We retain data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • enquiry correspondence — for the time needed to handle the matter and, where justified, for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend legal claims,
  • contract-related data — for the duration of the contract and for the period required by legal obligations and applicable limitation periods,
  • technical logs — for the period necessary to ensure infrastructure security, maintenance and diagnostics, according to the configuration of the hosting service used.

7. Your data protection rights

To the extent provided by the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on the controller’s legitimate interests.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

You can submit a request regarding your rights to kontakt@praesivum.com. If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Cookies, analytics and tracking technologies

In its current form, the PRAESIVUM website is static and does not use analytics tools, advertising technologies or marketing trackers. PRAESIVUM does not set its own cookies for profiling or marketing purposes.

If additional tools that require storing or accessing information on a user’s device are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism will be implemented where required.

9. Data security

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access to data is restricted to persons and providers who need it to perform specific tasks.

10. Automated decision-making

In connection with this website, PRAESIVUM does not make decisions about users based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect them.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated if the website functionality, services used, data processing activities or legal requirements change. The current version will always be available at this address.
